These remedies have been around for centuries, and believe it or not, most of the compounds used in traditional medicine were derived from various plants. Elderberry helps improve recovery speed from influenza, feverfew relieves migraines, and even garlic and honey are found to effectively reduce overall cholesterol levels.
These are just a few of the natural healing techniques used today. The benefits of natural healing therapies, combined with healthy practices like proper diet and exercise, one can live longer and enjoy a healthier life.
